Do we have Peanuts in our products or facility?
No, we do not manufacture, process or allow peanuts in our facilities. We also do not allow or use any tree nuts in our products and Staff are not permitted to bring Tree nuts or Peanuts into the facilities.
Which allergens are present in our Warehouse?
We have Wheat, Sesame and Mustard present in some of our spices. There is no shared equipment between the Spice packaging line and our Powder Blending equipment and spices containing allergens are packaged when no other production is running. Below is a list of the products with these allergens.
- Spices with Mustard: Mustard Seeds, Mustard Powder, Montreal Steak Spice, Pickling Spice.
- Spices with Sesame: White Sesame Seed, Black Sesame Seed, Korean BBQ Seasoning.
- Spices with Wheat: Taco Seasoning.
- Our Gelatine 150 B kg does have naturally occurring sulphites but they are present at less than 50 ppm.

- Chicken Soups – No
- Beef Soups – No
- French Onion Soup – No
- Vegetable Stock Mix – Yes
What are the mixing ratios for your products?
- Soup Bases – 1 Scoop (included in your pouch) to 2 litres of COLD Water.
- Jelly Powders – 1 part Jelly Powder, 3 parts BOILING Water, once dissolved add 2 parts COLD water.
- Pudding Mixes – 1 part Pudding Mix to 4 parts cold milk or milk alternative
- Dessert Gels – 1 part Dessert Gel to 5 parts Boiling Water
- Drink Crystals – 1 part Drink Crystals to 10 parts Cold Water

Can I make the Donmar Instant Beef Gravy Maker with Hot Water?
No – we use Corn Starch in our Instant Beef Gravy Maker, and it needs to be mixed into Cold Water and then heated to boiling so that it thickens without lumping.
Do you sell direct to restaurants or the public?
We sell our products thru Food Service Distributors and Cash & Carrys across Canada. If you need help finding a provider of our products please check out our Where to Purchase section or contact our office and our Sales team can provide assistance.
