Cooking Instructions

Dissolve jelly powder in half the amount of boiling water.

Add the remaining half of cold water and mix thoroughly.

Pour into serving dishes. Refrigerate until set.

Mix ratio is 5:1, e.g. 500 ml water to 100 gm Jelly Powder.

Jelly cups and layered jelly desserts.

Cake glazes, cake fillings and no-bake cheesecakes.

Jelly popsicles, fruit salad cubes and jelly slushies.
