Consist Rite Basics: How To Stabilize Whipped Cream

How to prepare whipped cream… that stays looking like whipped cream!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Donmar Foods Consist Rite

Instructions:

1. Mix the Donmar Foods Consist Rite and powdered sugar together in a small bowl.
2. Add the heavy cream to a chilled bowl.
3. Sprinkle the Consist Rite / powdered sugar mixture over the heavy cream.
4. Whip until firm peaks form.
5. Store the whipped cream in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
